University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Timisoara

The “Victor Babes” University of Medicine and Pharmacy is located in Timisoara, a student-oriented city of great cultural heritage that can be found in the Western part of Romania. With a tradition of more than 7 decades, today the University has three faculties, each of the faculty providing distinctive sub-specializations in the field of Health, ranging from Medicine to Dentistry or Pharmacy. The University is known to provide modern learning facilities and extensive research logistics, all of these contributing to a high quality, professional formative process in which students and graduates acquire skills and qualifications of great utility. Moreover, the university itself is widely recognized as a pioneer in fundamental and clinical research, having been on several occasions the first to approach certain specific medical procedures.
